Don’t waste your money
The clubhouse is gorgeous and the pool is great but from there it all goes downhill. If you need anything, good luck- the team in the office only answers the phone about 25% of the time. They are terrible at communicating any inspections or maintenance and sometimes give no notice at all when entering the apartment. I had to get a ring doorbell just to watch them. It is apparent the upkeep of the buildings is not a priority; trash at some point leaked and was spilled in the hallways and has been... there for months collecting dirt and bugs and is a huge eyesore. Paint peeling off the walls and now all of the balconies in the building are being closed for the next six months with one day notice due to the fact that they are collapsing. Building maintenance has not offered any storage solutions, but offered $50 a month off rent…which is not enough to rent a storage unit. The office team does not enforce any rules with the pool deck and there are often loud parties with glass bottles, smoking, and big speakers right outside my windows. I have complained multiple times with nothing done to address the issue. I didn’t want to spend the time or energy moving, which is why I haven’t but I will be now.
