Nice apartments but too pricey and poor customer service
We had an agent guided tour set for 12pm today. We arrived promptly at 11:55am. Upon arrival there was nobody inside to greet us or to let us know that somebody would be with us shortly. After a few minutes of waiting inside the leasing office, a woman came in with another potential renter. We were still ignored. At this point, another potential renter came in and said they had an appointment at 12pm like us. They were taken of first without any explanation of why we were double booked. It... wasn’t until 12:30 that the leasing agent finally spoke to us. The woman did not apologize or give us any reason to why this happened.
I understand staff can be shorthanded at times, but there needs to be better communication from your staff to potential renters showing up for appointments. Waiting 30 minutes is ridiculous.
We have toured several apartments and we never had to wait past 5 minutes.
Also, watch out because they have a $250 security deposit pet fee on top of a $250 non refundable pet fee. Never seen that in my life.
I want to make this clear, the leasing agent was very kind but it looks like she was left out to dry by
her management/co-workers. It appeared she was the only agent working today.
