Horrible establishment

I know the price is tempting but please save yourself. Grounds are not kept up, mold is present, people at the complex are crazy and yelling 24/7.. fights, even heard gun shots a few times. Save yourself the burden.

Horrible property management

Property management never replies and has no urgency to fix issues you have. Pay for garbage monthly and they never pick up. Other tenants are loud and disrespectful. No one knows how to clean up after themselves. Hope you enjoy getting attacked by ants and getting bit up and also watch out for the flying cockaroaches outside. Be sure to use a flashlight since this property doesn’t care about their tenants safety and never get the outside lights fixed. WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER

The perfect place "Malibu Gardens "

This place is wonderful. I love it!! It is quiet and secluded. The landlord is efficient and time friendly when getting things done. It is like having my own bachelor pad.
