Do NOT move here
Security gates not working although they gave us decals for our cars advising that the gates will be working. That was MONTHS ago, and gates are not operational still. The callboxes to get into the buildings do NOT work even though we were told MONTHS ago that they were being fixed. Been over 2 years that they have not worked. Elevators are supposed to have key fob access. One elevator in building I live in does not even require a key fob and has been like this for MONTHS! I put in a request... to have this fixed, and the request was closed out saying it was completed. Still does not require fob to use the elevator. Instead, they sent a letter advising the tenants to lot just anyone into the building and no wonder why (callboxes do not work and elevator does not require the key fob like it is supposed to). Floors in elevators were replaced and cracked one week later. The floors now look awful and trashy. Beware of biannual inspection reports because they will falsely claim that you have a pet when you do not then send a threatening letter 5 months later about a pet that you did not have at that time. I had my dishwasher replaced after months of complaining that the heating element was not working and drying my dishes. They instead replaced the dishwasher with another dishwasher that has rust marks all over the cover door. My previous one looked like new still after 3 years and now I am left with an ugly dishwashing cover that I bought a magnet cover to hide the rust! I have been here over 3 years and this place was taken over by new management. It has gone downhill even more. Have had the fire department come to this place twice in one month because the tops of palm trees were smoking due to people smoking off the balconies. This is supposed to be a no smoking complex. I moved here because of the security amenities and it is not secured nor have we been advised otherwise if this is no longer an amenity.
