Do you hate peace and quiet? Do you hate being able to sleep in on a Sunday? Or how about really even be able to watch a movie or listen to YOU OWN music in your unit? If so then this is the place for you! Thursday through sunday from about 7pm to after 10pm you cant hear yourself think because theres always deafeningly loud 'live music' in the courtyard downstairs. Better yet, they start it up by 10am on Sundays too! Now its even happening on a Tuesday. Its absolutely insane, I've never seen a... building with such disregard for their tenants to have such incredibly loud disturbances and so many days per week. Im out. I was here for 2 years, I've had enough now. The rent keeps going up too, its literally as expensive or in some cases more than buildings down east into fort Lauderdale. Interested in the restaurants downstairs? Dont be, theyre not even opening (watched some for the 2 years ive been here say 'coming soon') or the ones that are here are closing, the reason theyve posted is the incredibly high costs of the leases here. Just absolutely crazy levels of greed. They even already tack on a 'plantation walk entertainment fee' to any bill from the restaurants downstairs. What a joke. Dont come here, go literally anywhere else, cant wait until my lease is up.

Hello and thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly understand how important a peaceful living environment is, and we regret that the retail activities and events in the Town Center have caused you frustration. Living above an active... retail and entertainment area does come with a unique atmosphere, but we certainly want all our residents to feel comfortable in their homes. We would love the opportunity to discuss your concerns in person and explore possible solutions, including the option of a transfer to a quieter location within the community. Please feel free to stop by the leasing office or send an email riseatplantationwalk@rentylapartments.com to our Community Manager Tika at your convenience. We also understand your concerns about pricing. Rising costs actively affect us all, and we share in the challenges of economic increases. While we strive to provide competitive pricing, factors such as market conditions and operational expenses do play a role in rental rates. Our goal is to continue offering a high level of service and a great living experience for all our residents. Your feedback is important to us, and we genuinely appreciate the time you spent as part of our community. We hope to work together to find the best possible resolution for you.
