Bugs!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did we deal with a BUG infestation for 5 months, but not once did they ever offer any sort of compensation for the issue. We moved in October of 2023, and about a month after the bug issue started. This went on for FIVE months, and again they never compensated or offered anything. They claim they did pest control but it never worked anyway! The issue is still ongoing and only resolved because I have 4 blue light traps scattered around my apartment.... Having to live in hazardous conditions while paying full rent every month is a joke. They were even in our fridge & freezer! The management company is TERRIBLE and doesn’t care about anything besides your money. Poor communication, rude, and greedy. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!
