Definitely Not Luxury
If I could give them a zero, I would. I have been living there for over two years. A few months ago my water bill went up 2-3 times the usual amount. It actually should’ve lowered since my kids attended a summer program most of the day. Clearly something isn’t right. The office staff did absolutely nothing. No on from the water company came out. They hire workers with no experience or skills. They instructed me to put in a maintenance ticket, which was pointless. They refuse to give corporate’s... information. There are multiple things wrong with this “luxury” apartment community. Residents are always complaining about something.
