This is a very bad place to live.

Firstly, it is expensive. Secondly, they cannot maintain their facilities properly. Thirdly, they allow pets, but are unable to enforce rules regarding them. Fourthly, I have seen the police come to this apartment at least once during my time here, and see a couple fighting behind the apartment at least once. Finally, management frequently makes "white lies".

Awesome Experience

I love living here!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year now and we love it! Nikki is the sweetest and makes living here so great. She is always there when we have questions. The community is so welcoming and really feels like home??.

Love it!

Current:
I've lived here a year now just renewed my lease. Definitely worth 5 stars. See Nicole in the leasing office, she is professional and friendly. Even after you move in Nicole or any of the staff is just as friendly after you've been here as the day you came exploring so it's not a front. Maintenance is on top of things Marcus and Richard always do a great job get things fixed even clean up if there is any kind of mess. If you happen to pass by any staff member on property they are... always friendly. Even my neighbors which I rarely see.

My review from 2020:
I recently moved here and I have to say from my initial contact it has been amazing. The application process was easy everything was done online or through email. Once I moved in any issues I came across were fixed quickly. The staff is wonderful! They are quick to respond, professional, and ALWAYS make you feel welcomed even after you've moved in. I highly recommend The Lofts at Savannah Park. The apartments are clean, appliances like new, high ceilings, large windows, beautiful cabinetry throughout with granite counters. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

Best Place to live

We have been living for last 3 years and the management as well as service is pretty much best. The way the staff talks and responds to your queries reflects the awesome service. Keep it up Team !!
