Responsible team and great pool and gym

I absolutely love being part of this community! The office and maintenance teams are incredibly responsive and truly care about the residents. I reached out about an issue with pet waste, and within 24 hours, the manager and another team member were walking the grounds personally to identify areas for improvement. They even knocked on my door to make sure they didn’t miss anything I had noticed.

The very next day, I saw a large new sign reminding pet owners to clean up after their pets, and... five to six team members were actively walking the property, checking every corner to ensure it was being addressed. Since then, things have definitely improved, and I’ve received regular follow-ups to make sure the situation hasn’t slipped back.

I’m so impressed with how seriously they took my concern—not just sending a generic email and moving on, but actually taking action and following through. This level of care and commitment makes a huge difference. Highly recommend this community!

We love living here. It’s clean, safe, quiet and we love having a “home” but love the benefit of living in an apartment. The people in the community are kind, mostly respectful of the amenities and we love how many others have dogs, all of whom love to play together. When signing our lease, we had a great agent who was very hands on. Seemingly, once the lease is signed, help is no longer offered. We have had many unsuccessful attempts at contacting the leasing office, when they do respond, we... are either ignored or told essentially to deal with it, or it is turned around on us to make it our fault. For example, our upstairs neighbors had 6 people living in a 2 bedroom unit. We would hear them stomp, yell, run and play music all hours of the night. Someone in the leasing office told us that maybe we were just hearing things, or sensitive to noise. Turns out, when the family moved out, there was excessive damage to the unit due to their stomping, and running and abrasive habits. I do recommend this community so long as you are self sufficient and would prefer to take all matters into your own hands.

We understand how frustrating it can be... to feel unheard, especially in your own home, and we sincerely regret that we missed the mark in supporting you.

Noise concerns can be particularly complex to address, especially depending on the timing and circumstances, but your comfort and peace of mind are incredibly important to us. We do have a courtesy patrol on site seven nights a week from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. to assist with these types of concerns, and we’re always looking for ways to improve our responsiveness and communication.

Because this review came in anonymously, we’re unable to reach out to you directly. However, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review your account and discuss what happened, as well as explore how we can do better moving forward.
