DO NOT BE TEMPTED
They do not make repairs even if it puts them in breach of our lease agreement. Hot Water heater has been broken on and off since sept 23 they come out fix it then a week later it breaks again. Even now as i sit here typing it they just fixed it yesterday and it was broken before midnight yesterday. Went down to the office only to be brushed off and told to call emergency maint. after hours well GUESS WHAT no answer and they don't have a voicemail set up. No heat at all this winter work order... has gone completely ignored. Refuses to give rental credit even though they have been in breach of our contract since sept.
