Society Westshore Apartments

When I first moved to Society I really enjoyed the experience (5 stars). I would say my first 6-7 months here were great, but since there has been a notable decline in the quality of service.

Let me be clear, my maintenance requests and such are fine and still get addressed quickly, but some of the issues I am particularly frustrated with are as follows:

1. Busted doors especially on the first floor which allow literally anyone to get in.

2. Very selective fining of residents for minor... things, of which when collected clearly does not go to resolving systemic issues at the apartment (see above point)

3. No cameras on the first floor (at least!!!) to hold the most obnoxious residents accountable. Good tenants are met with enforcement of minor things due to the bad behavior of a few rowdy tenants. Ya know those getting drunk and busting doors at 2-3am.

Unless there is a rent reduction when I go to renew I’m probably moving across the street. Not worth what anyone is paying. Lee mas

This place just isn't it. For the price we're paying to what is offered. There is no security, doors are constantly broken, call box barely works, and these floors are thin. I shouldn't be able to know when my upstairs neighbor comes goes wakes up goes to the bathroom where he is in his apartment at any time. Nothing justifies the $700 increase.

I love it here!! Hands down best property I have ever lived in! Tactful updates to the complex are noticeable. It’s evident the staff really cares about the property

Mateo did a great job on giving me a tour…especially with it being my first time apartment shopping. It was a great experience & the complex itself is beautiful. Would highly recommend!

My move in experience so far has been great! Moving in was a smooth process without any issues. I’m hoping that this continue as make my myself at home
