Disregard any reviews listed prior to October 2023. Currently owned by Cushman&Wakefield as Sole’ of Citrus Park. The former was Berkshires @CitrusPark. Today it’s a mere shadow of what it was compared to BerkshiresCommunitiesproperty. No concern for tenants  maintenance requests. What used to be same day or 1 day arrival for tenant repair requests, is now 3 weeks or more. Communication  is an abomination, and follows with the office result in excuses, lack of staff. About 2 years, and they’ve...	 been through 2 Property Managers, the third Maintenance Supervisor who has been a ray of hope. The current owner, did not even have a viable, and qualified service unit to take over operation of the day to day tenant service requests. It has snowballed into something that is going to take much work to restore some semblance of what was here, under the former ownership group. Extensive damage to the roofing, from 2024 Milton, have not even been completed. Temporary patches have been put up, but nothing permanent yet, as of mid-September 2024. There are numerous safety issues that have not been addressed, as well. Location is about the only positive benefit for residents. Be forewarned, it’s not as advertised. 
To reiterate, disregard any reviews prior to October 2023.
