Do not recommend this property

I lived here for two years and would not recommend this property.

What to watch out for:
*Unpleasant property manager
*Hidden non-refundable security deposit charge when you move out (read inventory sheet before you sign lease)
*High renewal rate
*High turnover with neighbors
*Large amount of evictions (Asst. Manager in the office said the 30+ vacancies were mostly due to evictions)
*Limited resident & guest parking
*Common areas not kept clean nor free of hazards
*Old unit with old...
fixtures and amenities being listed as "luxury"

Beware: Decreasing Quality

I have been a resident here since 2015. When I first moved to the complex, I really enjoyed living here: the management office was helpful, friendly, and quick, maintenance was as well, and overall the experience was nice. Then, when I moved in to a larger apartment with my boyfriend, also a long time resident, who like myself, was never late on rent, and up until now, didn't have too many complaints. Then, the property manager was promoted, the assistant manager left, and the... maintenance crew left; there was a whole new crew. This woman sent out a notice that sounded rather rude to have not met anyone, explaining that she has a no tolerance policy for late payers (again, we have NOT ONCE been late). I understand wanting your money on time, but when we move to another unit with multiple complaints about a ROACH INFESTATION, and the only thing that you tell me you can do is call Massey, who not only sprayed 3 days before moving in, but who my guy used to work for, and know there non thorough procedures, is very frustrating. I've tried to be patient, but we've done bait, acid, defense sprays, and bug bombs, and they can't even repay us for this, or at least offer to pay for another service. After all, you're a corporation, and there is "nothing you can do besides put us on the spray list " as you like to tell long time, hard working residents. Since we've moved about 3 months ago, the gate has been broken, the water cuts off unexpectedly during the day, and as I said, there is an obvious roach problem here. If we were $50 late on our rent, there would be a problem, but how do you think it's fair we have spent well over that, trying to fight this ongoing issue. In the past, I have recommended people here; but because of this, I am counting down our lease end date. Sad the way this place has gone down the tubes.

Hurt & Frustrated

I have lived here for 3 years, with new management change I no longer feel like its home.. Everybody deserves to feel like they have a home!!!
