Pasco Woods Apartments

Love this place!! The office staff are all so nice and helpful. Maintenance issues (haven't had many) are easy to report and are always handled quickly. The maintenance staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. So happy I found this complex and just renewed for another year.

Beautiful community and quiet. The office staff are all very nice, helpful and welcoming. They have community events and a large open area for the kids to run around in next to the playground. Great place to live.

I’m happy with my community I have good neighbors we watch out for each other. I wish we we could get more upgrades to our inner apartments. Upgrades began but I haven’t seen a lot of follow through.

Close to everything, clean and meets the needs! Management has always worked and partnered with us to meet out needs in terms of work requests and lease management.

The grounds were well kept and the tenants were swimming in a beautiful pool outside the leasing office the day I arrived.
It came as no surprise that there was no availability and the wait list for an apartment was closed 'til the first of the new year.
Clearly this is because of the cost of the apartments being extremely reasonable and the amenities offered in addition to speaking to some of the tenants in the leasing office who all had great things to say about living there!

I'll be... checking back closer to the time I need to rent!
