Pine Ridge Apartamentos

During my apartment hunt, a lot of the communities that offer workforce housing units were unfriendly, seemed bothered by me asking and most didn't have any units available. When I called Pine Ridge to inquire about it, Keri took the time to not only explain to me how it works here, but the general rules of the program. She offered information in a way that was understandable and very respectful. Both her and Evelyn were friendly answered all my questions throughout the process, move in was a... breeze and the whole property is very well kept. So far my experience has been amazing and I definitely recommend this for a family neighborhood. Lee mas

Dishwasher never worked, i didn’t care much cause I just use it for storage. Then my microwave stopped working with the plug that specifically for the microwave (tested with an extension cord and different outlet and worked fine). And then ontop of that the roof had these big cracks going across, in my living room and actual room. And I’m on the top floor so it doesn’t make sense… I’m not really a complaining type of person so idc about the gate being open or anything I understand there’s people... moving in each day and it’ll be more of a hassle to have it locked. The team at Pine Ridge is very accommodating and kind. They are always eager to help and ensure that all residents have everything that they need.

My family and myself just move to this community. The team in the office is really nice and helpful. I hope to live here for a while. It minutes away from my job.

This complex is very nice with great amenities. Unfortunately, there is no security during the day or night. Multiple times throughout the week, and inevitably every weekend, there will be large crowds of people congregating it all hours of the night by the pool drinking and being loud with no concern for the community. More than once, my family has been woken up due to fighting in the parking lot. Management will not return calls or emails to help address the issue. You have to physically go in... the office where they will tell you to contact the local authorities next time and treat you as though you are just another “needy annoying tenant”. This problem is getting worse, weak by week as they continue to fill the buildings in the complex. After less than six months with the problem worsening, we have decided to pay the money to break the lease and move to a more comfortable environment. Again this brand new complex is beautiful and has amazing amenities. We were so excited to come here, but feel that we have made a mistake. if late night noise and an occasional screaming mash while people are fighting outside your window doesn’t bother you then you’ll love it here??
