The Archer In Acworth Apartamentos

The staff at The Archer was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. Carmen had the best energy and Shayla was amazing as well as very knowledgeable of the property. I decided last minute to sign my lease and change my move in date and they made it happen. Cassandra made sure everything was perfect so all I had to do was pick up my keys in the morning. This is my first time living in an apartment. It has been a very good experience. The staff has always been very responsive to any of my concerns. They are always courteous and friendly. The location of the complex is so nice and I love the layout of my apartment.

excellent and convenient located new apartment complex with great amenities, pool, and grounds. very good management, maintenance. grounds are well kept as is all of the property and bldgs. no problems or crime, well secured entry gates and CCTV on entry. highly recommend.

Great community with updated and modern apartments.

This community is great. I feel safe when in my home or out in the community. Everyone is very friendly. I take my golden to the dog park daily and she loves it. The only thing that I would say is build a child’s playground. I think that would just increase this communities value of being better. The amount of children I see, it would be a great way for them to get outside more. Also when designing the parking lots and layout of building, we need more parking. Since the beginning of June 2021 we... have had issues with parking. It’s a battle after 7pm. Lee mas
