This was terrible process through and through. The units are nasty with peeling flooring and mold throughout. Don't expect them to clean mold and make sure to read mold section in lease. Speaking of the lease it is huge. Not only that but they won't give you a copy of the lease to review before you come in to sign. I think this place might have been nice 20 years ago but there are MUCH better offerings in Americus so don't waste your time. I’m approaching the 6 months mark since moving in & it has been great. Clean community and they are constantly improving; whether it’s how to communicate with residents or requesting maintenance. I moved back home from Atlanta and this was the only property I saw myself moving too. Very satisfied!

It’s very nice, peaceful, and quiet. It’s in a nice neighborhood. Not to far from Walmart, where I can do my everyday shopping!

I moved here in 2022, and I was very excited. They welcomed me and fiance and our little small dog. That’s one of the reason why we moved here; they understand people love their animals. And if treated good and kept on a leach everything will be fine. However, there are a several problems about living here. Rent is way too high for this area! And going up steadily!! I would understand if they came and renovated but they haven’t, and if something breaks or need replacing! Good luck! It took a... whole year, for me to get the ceiling patched up (not fixed but patched) and the hot water sucks and the Maintenance guy said they’re to cheap to replace the hot water heater. However, it is a safe environment to live. Just have to pay to much to live. Lee mas
