Disappointing Experience
1. Appliances that do not work are replaced with appliances from other units. I was told this directly by maintenance.
2. Every resident's packages are delivered to the same room where they can be easily stolen. I have seen packages astray in the building, and a personal package of mine, worth nearly a $1,000 was misplaced. I received misleading information from management about the incident.
3. I suspect there was an unauthorized entry from maintenance into my apartment. It appeared my... thermostat had been replaced, and the air was not working.
4. Recently, my air was not working for several nights in a row.
5. The building experiences random power outages and fire alarms.
6. There are pests inside and rodents on the outside of the building.
7. The front desk gives misleading information, and it took them over a week to connect me with a community manager, who they at first claimed did not have an individual email.
Almost all my points are also addressed in reviews others have recently shared, in the past two weeks it appears.
