Gate is constantly broken
This property is not managed well. Whoever they use as contractors to repair the "constantly" broken gate (either side - exit or entrance) apparently do not know what they are doing. You also run the risk of being hit head on if you are exiting and a non-resident is coming through the exit gate. Then you have to worry about non-residents parking on your level and you the resident having to park somewhere else. Mind you - you are paying a monthly fee to park in a garage that has not seen a... cleaning in years. There are other well managed apartments that not only talk the talk, but they walk it.
