Clairmont Terrace Condominiums

When I moved in I thought this place was great. I noticed a roof leak a few months after moving in. After raving a roofer come out and "fixed" it, I thought the problem was solved. A few months later the leak returned, got worse, and eventually there was so much water trapped in my ceiling that a 4 ft. section in my bathroom collapsed! After having the drywall tested we found out there was asbestos present, and that the entire roof needed to be replaced. I am now being forced to move out after... only 7 months of living here. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend that anyone live here. The building is just too old and was not maintained. Lee mas
