I just moved here perfect for you getting on your feet everyone is so professional and nice my leasing agent was seikhah I was living I. My car and she helped me ima timely matter god bless her I’m home I will definitely recommend my friends to her and these apartments

I had everything together and she denied me really didn’t give me a good reason … the building is really old … the staff is very unprofessional they eating while trying to do thing… it’s unorganized… since they did not have a good reason to why I was denied they will not give me a refund. I also asked for corporate number she act like she didn’t know it

I just moved in a week ago. ROACHES EVERYWHERE YOU TURN !!! I can’t even put food in here because it’s invested. Don’t let the renovations fool you !! Please don’t move here if you don’t want to live with bugs. They claim it’s pest control WEEKLY I haven’t seen him yet. and I’ve bombed the place 4 times there still here smh RUN ! FYI this is all with new management

When this was The Life at Lakeview the place was on point. Constantly saw East Point Police on the grounds, maintenance requests filled quickly, groundsmen picking up trash, the whole nine. Since Elite has taken over it has turned into a slum. My A/C was broken for NINE DAYS and the office staff was rude and unprofessional about the matter. Plus they STILL have not fixed the A/C despite three trips to the office, an unanswered email to the property manager, and a plethora of phone calls. I was... in a very hot apartment and they could care less. The put a cheap wall unit A/C in, leaving the window open. It will be winter soon and I won't have heat plus I have an open window. Trash no longer gets picked up off the ground and there is no longer a website to pay rent or make maintenance requests on (not that they fix anything anyway). I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the City of East Point and will do the same thing with every regulatory agency I can think of. Do NOT move here. Lee mas

I was helping my mother find a place and liked the pictures online. We spoke with a guy name Sirdon who was going to get everything handled, I would view the apartment on her behalf. Afterwards, if things were all handled, she would move in. I paid $250 for her admin fee. Her move in date was supposed to been 8/20/2021. I never got a call from Sirdon advising the unit was ready. I popped up on my own, he things advised he switched the unit. The unit didn't have the stainless steel appliances... advertised because they were on back order, strike 1. The walls were dirty and the paint job look like it was completed by a 6yr old, strike 2. Then while looking at the apartment there were 2 big roaches on the wall in the closet. When i brought this to his attention, he told the maintenance guy about it. The maintenance guy advised that there were plenty more under the kitchen cabinet that he just saw, strike 3. Needless to say, the interest in staying at this property was gone. I was shown the original apartment selected but it was not ready for move in and had no stainless steel appliances either. The next week, we asked for the money back and expressed out dissatisfaction with the process and property. I was given the money order back endorsed to them. After making attempts to cash the money order and even return it to the store i was unable to due to it being endorsed to Elite At Lakeview. I went back asking for assistance. I asked if they can keep the money order and just give me another form of payment because i can't cash the money order. I even had the receipt portion to the money order so they knew i wasn't trying to scam them. I was told they would reach out to corporate about the concern. I never got calls back from the property manager Jermaine. When i recently called, i was told to deposit it in my account and wait 10 days. I have made them aware that i cannot deposit it and my banking institution told me that it was nothing they can do. Nor, could i return it. So i am out of $250. This place is very unprofessional and unkept. There was no true desire to help rectify this situation. Do not move here Lee mas
