Do Not Move
I would have highly recommended the Gramercy until mid 2024, when Greystar took over (property management). They have a poor reputation and there's a reason why.
Pros:
Great Location - Close to multiple restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, etc.
Cons (all from Greystar):
- Greystar continues to mis-invoice tenants, screwing up their rent and utility bill
- Maintenance used to be fantastic, fixing items in 1-2 days. It now takes 3-4 weeks for anything to be addressed
- No one seems to pick up after... their dog. There's dog poop in front/behind the property, hallways, elevators, etc.
- Many lights in hallways and stairwells have been out for multiple weeks
- parking gate is broken more often than not, and causes guests to park in Reserved (paid for) parking spaces
- Guest parking is minimal, even though there's an entire vacant top floor with more than enough resident spaces that should be repurposed as guest spaces
This property used to be great, but it's all went downhill since Greystar property management took over. DO NOT MOVE IN
