Management takes no responsibility for any issue like dog poop or lack of security such as cameras or a working gate after having multiple vehicle break-ins. Management gives no warning or consideration like asking tenants to move their outdoor personal belongings inside for pressure washing once 6 of 8 building were completed. Management is not responsive. Amenities are always out of order. Clubhouse closes after staff leaves. Trash service unreliable and always piled up at the compactor.
