Towns Edge Landing Apartamentos

I lived in one of these apartments for a while. I loved the landlords they are very professional they keep there apartments up. I'm thinking bout going back. Out of all apartments town edge is more like home the neighborhood is safe. The apartments is worth the price. The landlords they make sure each tenant is comfortable they treat everyone with respect they are very professional they also keep there apartments nice clean neat and if you have any problems with your unit they fix it with no... hesitations. The apartments are a decent size, that is the only nice thing I can say. The female owner is very nosy and walks the grounds all hours of the night. The unit the owner stays in is cluttered inside and out, their porch is full of things left behind by tenants that they have collected for no apparent reason because nothing ever moves. There are broken down vehicles through out the parking areas, a few of which belong to the owners (look at the white van in the picture on this page, it has a flat... tire and has been that way since I moved in, and the jeep does not run, has an expired tag, both of these belong to the owners).Broken appliances at back doors, that have been removed from units and left. . Poorly maintained heating and air units contribute to high utility bills. There is no playground, wifi access or balcony's as stated in the description. The rent is too high to be living in a junk yard! Lee mas

I have read the most recent negative reviews & can confirm that they are inaccurate. I have had the opportunity to speak with the tenant who posted the last review to know that these are the comments from a disgruntled tenant, not because of anything the landlord is doing to or has not done for them but because of the way she is personally. I have been living here long enough to find this to be a very nice complex with very good landlords who are very attentive to the needs of the tenants & is... a very nice, quiet community for my kids & myself. If you report any thing to them they do come out & fix it in a timely manner if not immediately. They are concerned with the well being of this complex in every way and want all tenants to be at peace & enjoy their home. She stated they only answer the phone when its time to collect money which is another false statement. They don't even deal with anyone on their rent but have an arranged system for rent payments to be made where they don't contact you at all in regards to that and they answer calls almost 24/7. The landlords are very professional about EVERYTHING. I do suggest everyone interested to move here because they do care about there tenants. It hurts me to read the misleading comments that no doubt come from disgruntled tenants because of their own actions/faults to who want to discourage people from moving here when they are the best kept up-to-date units in town, with best landlords ever. As for the other negative review, the internet service is each individual's choice, they do have some storage units, & apartments. Com failed to indicate that the balcony is only apart of the office building design. They also have listed a playground & laundry service, which are two additional features to be added in the near future from what I understand, with the kids having ample play areas in the meantime. The units are very reasonably priced because you do get a whole lot of space for the price plus appliances & washer/dryer for a small fee if you neef a set.

The landlord does not fix any problems in the unit. I had many major issues in my unit that till this day hasn't been fixed. They only answer the phone when its time to collect money and not tend to issues in the unit. The landlord is very unprofessional about everything I DO NOT suggest any one to move into these apartments.

You have to get your own internet, there are no storage units, no balconys and definitely not a play ground. Looks trashy from the road and is badly kept and over priced
