Dodged a bullet
Moving to the ATL area for work. Stopped by for a tour and let me say this is probably one of the worst places I’ve stepped foot in. Mold was on window seals and it looked painted over 100 times, obviously trying to cover up the issue rather than fixing it. DEAD ROACHES were in the cabinets (reviews from 5 years ago say the same thing) so obviously they don’t care to fix the problem. Said the previous tenant was clean so it shouldn’t be messy, which makes me think they didn’t even bother to... clean it. They said the unit was renovated but it genuinely looked like no work was put into it. I was honestly shocked when she told me it was renovated considering I’ve been to multiple apartments in the area that looked much better that weren’t even renovated. Leasing agent had the audacity to ask what I thought about it when I was ready to leave in 30 seconds. Funniest part is that they wanted over 1k a month in rent to live in a roach infested property. Obviously the staff lies and this place is to be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE FOR A TOUR!!
