If you value your electronics or any of your other possessions, please stay far away from this place. Roaches will take over your life no matter how tidy you keep your living space. People with respiratory issues should also avoid living here because of the large quantity of mold in closets and bathrooms. This place should be condemned.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, first of all they do not have a real leasing office to start off with. I stayed in these apartments last year worse experience ever. There's mold, rat traps in water heater closet and ROACHES come from everywhere they paint over everything an claim its been fixed. I understand some are looking for something that is affordable but for your sake and your money sake don't do it.

just writing this review because i wish someone would have written it for me to see before i decided to rent in this place. ROACHES. there are roaches in these apartments. and when i asked about it upon moving in all i got was that the previous tenants were dirty but this is just not a way for someone to live. i had to have the maintenance man come and spackle the wall in the kitchen because there were huge chunks of it cracked and chipped. the place WOULD be nice but it’s just so beat down.... also has very cheap paint that chips and scrapes off easily, kitchen cabinets that are glued shut so you can’t use them, gaping holes near the window seal in my bathroom that could let critters in. i had to foam up the window crack myself because the maintenance man never came back after fixing the kitchen wall to close the window crack like he said he would. and he also didn’t come back to sand or paint over the spackle in the kitchen either. it’s okay for the price of rent, i suppose, but not worth it at all having to watch for roaches every time you turn around… the professional pictures made this place seem very nice but upon close inspection it’s super beat down.. they got me good, because i moved here from another state and was unable to inspect before renting due to timing issues but this was all that was available in the time frame of when i wanted to move so i took the risk. so partly my fault. i’ll be moving first chance i get…but this is YOUR fair warning of what to expect… also there was no toilet tissue holder in the bathroom when i moved in so i had to buy one. Such a cute peaceful place to call home! If there is a problem the management team has always been attentive and fast with providing a resolution.
