They have rats and they don’t care if your stuff is ruined we had to throw all out stuff away the property manger called me she was so rude she said “ I don’t care about y’all , y’all not my tenants “ how unprofessional is that I repeat do not move here there rat infested

I moved into this complex March of 2021 and it is fairly decent. There is a lot of debris on the stairwells of the buildings that look like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The amenities are fairly close together which makes it easier to locate everything. I personally have had a wonderful experience with the staff, especially Brittany! Although it isn't very luxury, it does fit the basic needs to what someone would be looking for in an apartment complex. I have had trouble with maintenance... though, they enter into my apartment every time without announcing themselves, and one time they came to do some work on my washer and dryer room and spilled all of my laundry detergent and left a mess of the ceiling remains all over the floor and just walked out...without telling me, and they do not follow up on their service requests. ALTHOUGH, Brian is very responsive and follows through, and I've never had an issue with him. The area is a good location because it is not far from Walmart, Publix, Target, Costco, and a Kroger, so it is not a hassle to go and buy groceries. Just about 10 minutes down the road is Hiram where you can find anything for your shopping needs. The neighbors that I have met are all wonderful and keep quiet; everyone is respectful of each other's spaces and I enjoy that there is a known concept of boundaries. They also did just build a dog park with my puppy loves! It isn't the biggest but it is a good size and its big enough to be able to play fetch with your dog. It's a little disappointing that there is no accessibility to the bathrooms in the fitness center though because they're locked. I'm not sure if that is just only after hour policies, I tend to go to the fitness center after leasing office hours. Overall the apartment complex as a whole could use a little clean up and maintenance staff could be retrained on a few things. I do not hate it living here AT ALL by any means and would definitely renew my lease. MUST I ADD...prices are VERY comparable here than they are to places around and other cities such as Kennesaw or Marietta, this complex offers a multitude of amenities and services for such a low price of rent! Moved in 6 months ago and have been very satisfied. Apartment is updated, nice carpet and love that it comes with a washer and dryer already in the unit. Service it excellent, light bulb burns out just put a ticket in on-line and they come replace it. Office staff is great and always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Conveniently located at Macland and 120 so very easy to get to just about anywhere from here but you wouldn't know you where right by hwy 120 as the complex is well protected by... trees and space. I have just moved into my apartment but so far love it. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it us very quiet

Nothing luxury about this. Roaches, cheap appliances. "State of the Art" gym consists of one treadmill, and an out of order cable machine. The women in the office are fairly attractive, that is a positive, because you will constantly be dealing with them to fix issues.
