The Finch

My daughter and I feel safe living at the Finch! We love the coffee Bar, pool, and using the community room! The gate is always working and the staff is very nice.

Instead of using the dog park or areas the dogs can use the restroom . People let there dogs use the bathroom right on my patio and not pick up the dogs poop.

Cadence was very efficient and made our move in day go very smoothly. We’re excited to a resident at The Finch and can’t wait to become part of the Finch community!

The Finch is great! You can tell the management really cares about the community. That care is reflected in the cleanliness of the grounds and facilities, the warmth of the staff and neighbors, and the organization of the front office. Compared to other apartments I’ve lived at I would recommend the Finch 10 times out of 10.

It was a smooth leasing process and a seamless move-in. Everyone was very polite and helpful the whole time, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. From the moment I first inquired about the apartment, the leasing team was responsive, professional, and eager to answer all my questions. They guided me through every step — from touring the property to completing the paperwork — with great attention to detail and genuine courtesy. The move-in process itself was well-organized, and... everything was ready as promised when I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and settled in quickly. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining a welcoming and supportive community. I truly appreciate their efficiency, kindness, and professionalism, and I’m very happy to call this place home.
