Don't move here

Moved in a month ago here to this community and the utilities charges are exorbitantly high every single charge on the utility bill is double which water, sewer, trash, common area electricity is almost double then the other utility companies and the management does not help or involve for the excessive billing and neither the resident does have an option to choose their utility service provider.

Property is great, Management Team need ALOT of improvement Every since the new management company took over last September, it's been a terrible experience with communication. Its like pulling teeth with reaching them. A little more transparent communication and realistic timeline with the property improvements would be greatly appreciated. The gate has been open for few months now and everytime I ask, I get the same reply that it will be fixed soon. it's been well over 6 months! It's a matter... of the safety of our kids who play outside. Garbage is always piled high and delayed in being removed. Property and the community itself is great, management team can be improved with their efficiency.

It has been a week since I moved into the house and during this time I have been dealing with bugs and their types in my house. Also, the mosquito nets of my house are torn and the curtains are broken. I am waiting for them to be changed and although I constantly mention it and create a record, no one cares. I requested the bidet taps to be installed and I am still waiting for someone to come. The drain pipes are clogged.
