I been here 5 years Haven't had any problems quiet everyone mines their own business it's a working community Only real problem I have the residents don't pick up their dogs poop their are trash cans all around the premises

It’s a great experience living here. I love the apartment. The balconies are huge and the amenities are great. The rent is a fair price. I have a two bedroom two bathroom with hardwood floors throughout beautiful place to live. Access to the baseball field, as well as the Mall of Georgia is a plus

Nice experience! The office people organizes great activities for the residents.They have every day fresh coffee and snacks.
I would like to have lower prices for rent because I think is overpriced and I would love to have clean breezeways.
Overall is great!

The leasing office team, (Jair and Taylor) are beyond amazing! They always go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of, amazing service! The reason for my 3 star review however is the wait times for maintenance and Highmark in general. I have waited weeks for what should be simple service requests, and they have also continued to let trash pile up at the dumpsters, crumbling stairs walking up to apartments, stained and dirty breezeways, it feels like Highmark does not care about their... tenants. I really do like the community and the people here, which is why I hope that Highmark fixes these issues soon.

En general es un lugar tranquilo para vivir, no hay mucho ruido y está cercano a muchos comercios. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoraran el tema de la basura con el contenedor y el carwash con una mejor pistola de agua y destapar el desagüe del mismo!
