Absolutely not

Just the advertisement on here alone should be a red flag. There’s NO park, tennis court, and we didn’t have access to the pool or fitness center this year due to renovations. The fitness center however was never made available. I have been here two years and had to pay for an outside gym membership. The listing says “no fee required” for pets yet when I asked I was told $400 deposit and a monthly “rent” added to the bill for any pet! Tanked pets included.
Moving on to the problems I have...
personally experienced. The staff acts like it’s a bother for me to walk into the office, or ask a question, or show a concern. There’s children constantly destroying everything they can get their hands on around the property. The playground was ripped out due to “liability” yet the benches, trees, and tables that were put in for replacements were ripped apart and destroyed same week. Windows have been busted from them throwing rocks and trash is left all over the grounds constantly. Speaking of trash. Our compactor is constantly over flowing. Maybe in part because the gates haven’t closed in months! That might also be why there’s constant sweeps of car break ins! Four sweeps in the two years I have lived here. Thought after the second it would be motivation to have the gates fixed. Nope. And no real concern shown at all from anyone. Maintained will show up eventually, but any problem I have ever had has not been fixed the PROPER way. My air filter is too small for our air condition and smacks the unit every-time the air/heat kicks on. The light bulbs in my bathroom went out. They brought led bulbs to replace all 12 bulbs! Please think about how bright 12! LED bulbs would be in a bathroom! Took me a YEAR to get blinds. Granted Arcan didn’t take over until about a year ago and that was a problem left from the previous compny, either way that’s been the only plus since they took over. Corporate isn’t any better as far as customer service/support/concern goes. I have some rather rude emails from one of their reps regarding my water bill. Which is outrageous. All in all, tiny problems that aren’t address and up being extremely aggravating and stressful. 10/10 do NOT recommend. If we could get out of this place we would!
And just in case I get the copy and paste “we’d love to discuss these problems further *inserts office hours*”, what good is coming to the office and trying to address these problems when your met with an attitude and dismissive behavior.

My opinion may not be yours, however try it for yourself

No matter where you move it’s gonna always be an issue. I will say this management has been awesome. They have been listening to cares and concerns fixing the things that need to be fixed. I can’t blame them for what happened before they got here what I will say they have been doing an awesome job and on that note try Manchester for yourself move here you’ll love it

DON’T MOVE HERE!!!

If I could give it a 0 i would. I was living in mold with out hot water in my kitchen a caved in sink no air or heat. On top of all these things they steal out the apartments of tenants have several brake in & don’t want to give video footage to the tenant or the police when they ask. These guys have to be the most horrible management I have ever had dealings with. So save your money an move elsewhere it’s not worth it.

Please listen to the reviews!

These apartments are the worst. Management changes every two months. The problems here are countless. Roaches, mildew, mold, drain flies, leaking roofs, out dated appliances, break ins. I've been here a year still haven't gotten a dishwasher or ice maker. maintenance also changes every two months. Don't trust the new bikes they have out front of the rent office its complete trash here. Management clearly think renting out bikes to tenants is more important than renovation which are desperately... needed.

Just No

I've been here a month. Asked maintenance to do some minor repairs. I told them up front to not enter my apartment without my permission. Twice now they have come in to "repair" but nothing is ever actually fixed. None of the outside lights on my floor work and nobody is working too hard to fix them. The office staff NEVER answer the phone. If I hadn't needed a place fast for my new job, I would have kept looking.
