The lady in the rental office is very unprofessional, kicks people out when you have company over, try’s to act like you don’t pay rent, and tells other tenants your business. I highly do not recommend to live here. She also gets smart and very nasty to her tenants. Do your research before living at this horrible place.

Now while there was some improvement while Chris was here I can definitely say his improvements are going downhill fast kids in the road playing chicken with cars unprofessional new manager who doesn’t stick to his own office hours. Instead on the post man bringing packages they send them to the office saying nobody’s home(I’ve watched them on my video doorbell hand packages to Maintenance and leave) you call and there’s never anybody there to answer lots of water issues that required turning... the water off even though the problem happened weeks ago. Since I’ve been here we’ve had 4 different managers. I can’t speak for everybody but my apartment is unbearably hot. The vents for the ac upstairs are in the floor while downstairs there on the ceiling (dumb heat rises) while downstairs is freezing upstairs feels like a sauna Lee mas

These apartment smell really bad, gun shots are fired all throughout the night. The water is always brown and it is hard to get in touch with the rent people. Don’t waste your money, this community needs a lot of work done including new management.

I just moved in and the place had been refurbish for me. It looks great on the inside and the manager assured me they were getting the siding problems taken cacre of. I cant wait to see what this place becomes. Nice, quite place to stay.
