Lovely place to call home
Location offers lots of convenience! Walking distance to dining, grocery, shopping, and a rock's throw to I-75! It's gated and quiet. My unit offers all my essentials:
HUGE walk-in closet, bathroom with oversized garden tub with dual-sink vanity, in-unit laundry, lots of kitchen storage including a pantry, fireplace, and nice-sized covered balcony for enjoying morning coffee. I simply love my little unit...it's so cozy & comfortable! The staff is especially welcoming. Luis is always... professional and goes above and beyond to address any issues I may have. Jamie is all about the business! Making sure maintenance issues are handled correctly and timely is a top priority for him no matter how minor! Luz, is professional and has demonstrated a commitment to making sure her residents are happy to call Azalea home! She and Rhonda work well together. I highly recommend Azalea Springs!

HAVE BAD CREDIT? STAY AWAY!
This is info about Azalea Springs Apartments on Roswell Rd. Check your credit score before you hand over the non refundable $50 App fee. If you have bad credit and a score under 500 you will be denied and can not move in and $50 less in the bank. I unfortunately went through some life changing situations that left me with a bad credit score. I was always on top of my credit but that doesn't matter. I was honest up front with the Assistant Property Manager Eugene about my bad credit and told him... I was concerned that I would not get the Apt because of it. So concerned we had talked about it 3 different times while I was there to see the Apt. Each time he reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem and that the worse case scenario would be that I would have to put down a larger then normal deposit, and I would get the Apt for sure. I was very happy to hear that and had the money to do so. In fact I was prepared to pay a large deposit any where that I had choose to live, even expected that it would be a requirement because of my bad credit. Keep in mind I’m dealing with the Assistant Property Manager that you would expect to know his stuff and be very experienced and knowledgeable and honest about their policy’s. Well guess what he's not! After he told me I was denied I asked him why and he said it doesn't explain why and gave me the phone number to call to find out why. I then asked about paying the large deposit as we had spoken about and he said no that I couldn't move in, he also said their policy is no over write with the App denial. I called the credit number he gave me and they said I was denied for only bad credit, that the Apt complex had a policy of a credit score of 500 minimum, mine was a tad lower then 500. So basically he lied right to my face 3 different times! This is their despicable way of making a quick and easy $50 off the app fee. He knew that I would be denied and would not be able to move in from the very start after I explained my bad credit but he hooked me any way to get that money. I truly believe he lied to me. Its a shame that one has to deal with such lies and deceit that these Apartment leasing offices put us through. I’m now worried that I will encounter this problem everywhere I look for a place to live. I could go broke if this keeps up. So proceed with caution and best of luck to all for finding a place to call home.

Love it here!!!
I moved in a few months back due to going through a pretty bad break up. I was stressed out about the break up and having to move into an apartment of which I hadn't done in years!!!! A gentlemen by the name of Eugene helped me find an apartment best fit for me and my 2 boys!!! He was very patient in showing me 2 different homes to be sure I got what I wanted!!! Me and my boys moved in a week later. We didn't have any issues with the apartment outside of the exhaust fan not working a week after... we move in! I called into the office and spoke with Latasha and within 2 hours maintenance had come in and fixed the issue! Sense moving in I have had only 1 other issue which was a light being out but again maintenance fixed it the same day!!!!!! My boys love being here and I can say I'm so happy I made the choice to move in! The office staff is so welcoming and the Christmas party they had was great and showed me that they really care about us here!!!!

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!!
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. I moved into my apartment on November 11, 2016. Around 4-5pm I discovered 3 baby roaches on my window seal and I IMMEDIATELY went to the leasing office to advise them of the roaches. I advised them that I saw the roaches and I needed someone to come and take care of them. Lataosha who is the leasing manager advised me that she would have the maintenance man go and look in their facility to see if they had anything for bugs and she would... get back to me. My ENTIRE FAMILY was here to witness the roaches. She told me that pest control would come out on the following Monday. She did not offer any pest control options for the weekend that I had to stay in the apartment. STILL on Friday November 11, 2016, I went to bed and awoke to go to the kitchen. It as then that I discovered both adult roaches and baby roaches crawling everywhere all over the apartment! I went back to leasing office on Saturday, November 12, 2016 and spoke with a young lady who agreed with me after showing her videos that it was indeed an infestation. after 3 weeks of complaining about the roaches, finally STELLA, who is the regional manager turns the issue over to her lawyers who send me a letter implying that I brought the roaches with me from a storage facility. However, lets be clear, the first signs of roaches were in the Master Bedroom. At the time that the first roaches were seen the bedroom was EMPTY! All of my things were still in the UHAUL or by the door at the entrance. How can roaches appear in a room that I completely empty with non of my belongings in it and I brought them? How? The customer service is AWFUL. They want to get their attorneys involved, so will I and furthermore, at 430am, a roach was discovered crawling on me!!! this was the very next day after I moved in. Mind you I purchased new sheets and bedding on Thursday before I moved in, so will the next allegation be that the roaches were in the newly bought bedding?! Roaches were found within 2 days in the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room on the walls. I could not even buy groceries for the apartment and had to eat away and go and stay with friends some nights. I have only been a tenant for 3 weeks and this is the issue!!! Oh and because none of the other people in my building have said anything to them about roaches, apparently I'm lying and brought the roaches with me.
