They had 3 property management changes over the course of a year. There is also a roach infestation and they hire an incompetent pest service that basically sprays some chemical at your front and back door and thinks that solved the problem. The "renovated" apartments have very cheap finishes and craftsmanship. I'd hate to see what the non-renovated apartments look like. at one point there was a tent city of homeless people by the trash receptacle. Speaking of the trash receptacle there was only... one for the whole complex and it stayed overflowing. Spare yourself and don't move here.. Lee mas

To begin with, you will see on this page that it says that water, garbage and sewage are included ... well, that's a lie. Second, if you put a "service request" they take months to attend to you because the maintenance only goes around in his car and does not work, and when they come to repair what you need, they do it wrong. I have been a tenant for the past 7 months,and my stay has been a very enjoyable one.The neighbors are peaceable and mindful of their own business.The environment is child friendly and normally very calm. I would highly suggest Balfour Marietta Apartments to many others.The Management is timely conscious of repairs and concerns and the biggest perk is that you are located in a very lively and pulsing location,next to ,and not far from many stores as well as schools..Thank You.
