AMAZING ALL AROUND
I xant even tell you the breath of fresh air it is to have a great office team handled everything I never felt like I was surprised in the move in process it was explained verified and easy transtion best office staff in the world amazing community lavish apartments

Management is absolutely impossible
Management is every renters nightmare . Had a cashiers check ready to hand to pay rent and as I tore it away from receipt the check itself ripped not in half but a small rip . I asked if I could mend it and the woman looked at me and said she would not could not accept the check. Told me I needed to replace it , HA ! Or pay the everyday late fee until I could replace the check . I would not ever recommend anyone moving to that dump

Excellent staff
My husband and I just recently moved into our new apartment our freezer went out and they immediately ordered us a new fridge. The staff is always kind and very patient with us and always checked up on us to make sure we loved our new apartment. Highly recommend living here

Amazing staff
I have lived in many apartments and this one by far is the best. They have an awesome staff! Katie has helped me out since the day I moved in and continues to make sure that I am doing good. It’s nice to live somewhere where you know you are going to be taken care of.

lovely apartment
The apartment is close by the airport so you can hear the military aircrafts take off.
Close by shopping centers and has an amazing lake to walk next too.
The pool is amazing and for the most part everything is nice and quiet. Places to grill and chill.
Office staff is always helpful and maintenance issues get resolved fairly quick. Financially, it’s a decent place.
Be prepared to pay about $70-100 on top on the rent money.
I didn’t like the water bill included in the rent as I prefer to... pay bills separately.
There’s a $45 monthly fee in the rent that’s for the online service and cable. I wish we had the option to opt out of that.
The gates sometimes stop working but other than That it’s a very safe neighborhood. I enjoy it a lot.
The scenery by the lake is amazing and summer time the pool isn’t as crowded as one would think.
It’s a comfortable apartment.
Packages can be left safely at the doors and no one takes it or it gets taken to the leasing office.
The gym is decent. Parking can sometimes be tricky but there’s always a spot.
