Effingham Parc Apartamentos

We pay too much to live here. The gate is always broken or someone breaks it and it is never fixed promptly. So much for the privacy…and the increase in the amenities, trash, and pest control is a little too much on top of the rent. There’s always pool problems during open season as well that I have noticed. Kids getting into things they shouldn’t and people leaving trash and large objects outside by the dumpster and it’s not a pretty sight. If you want to get your money’s worth, at least have... everything you promise us in the lease so that we can get what we came here to pay for. There’s not many apartments out there that has a gate and that was one of the main reasons why I came in here to begin with. Lee mas

I enjoy living in the community! I think the office staff do a really good job. I appreciate all the communication we receive when repairs are being done.

My husband and I moved into Effingham Parc a week after getting married in Nov. It was the best decision we could’ve done. Sadly I’ve had some issues with surrounding neighbors. But in all, I love taking walks, reading, and crocheting around the pond.

Office girl are the sweetest and move everything along very fast . I had a great move in and it was nice and easy, great place to live and also enjoy

Grounds are looking good. All the staff are really nice. Maintainance guys are fantastic. Looking forward to another summer at the pool. Hopefully rent won't go up.
