Stay Away
Moving to The Line was a giant mistake I wish I could take back. Not only did I not know I was moving directly across the street from one of the most dangerous areas in town, but these are the most poorly constructed and poorly managed apartments I have seen.
The day I moved in, fire alarms blared non-stop from morning to night. They have gone off at random times at least once a week ever since, including at 5 am.
There are nails and screws left lying all around the garage so that I popped my... bike tire, reached out to The Line to get them to pay for fixing it, and they refused, claiming they couldn't be sure it happened in the garage. The screws are still on the ground today btw.
The basement and elevators flood every time it rains. Their response was that they can't control the weather. Packages are strewn around the building and common areas despite having a package room (but you have to pay if a package is there longer than 5 days lmao). Trash is strewn around the building because they randomly lock the trash rooms. But don't try to leave this dumpster fire, because they won't let you, and will nickel and dime you at every turn. BEWARE!!!!
