Austin Pointe Apartments

Lived in 2 apartments out here & both had mold. Nothing was ever done about situation except kept moving my family into different apartment that had mold as well. All of my babies clothes & shoes got molded, some of my husband’s belongings got molded… Hot water heater has no door to cover, my windows don’t lock, leak after leak & all they did was put a bandage over it but didn’t completely fix it & now my apartment has flooded out from sewage water and my belongings have been damaged but nothing... has been done. Don’t recommend living here they won’t fix anything! Lee mas

the property manager shakendra is horrible nothing gets fixed the grounds are not being taken care of the grass has grown into tall weeds No one cleans up the trash on the property the dumpster is filled with trash that spills into the street she doesnt have the good sense to call 1800 get junk for all the furniture that is surrounded near the dumpster. The trash smell is getting into the apartments. You would think that because she lives on the property she would want it clean but that shows... how nasty she is and how she must keep her apartment (she looks dirty). Before she started working here the place was kept nice and clean I wish the owners would see how the property has gone down since shes been here. it now looking like the projects. Lee mas
