Pines at Westdale Apartamentos

These apartments seem like a huge deal for the price, until you realize the drawbacks. 1. inspections every single month. I’m sorry but are we in a college dorm? They are also very nosy during these inspections, last one I heard them digging around in my stuff (I was in the bedroom with the door closed). 2. pest control doesn’t actually come by like we are told they will, leading to a huge BUG problem (haven’t seen pest control since BEFORE the pandemic started). 3. the wiring in the apartments... is so bad - good luck having a computer and a tv running in the same room without the breaker flipping. 4. the gate never closes. i’ve lived here over a year and every month they say the gate is going to close, but it doesn’t. I never even got my card/fob to get in if the gates ever did close. 5. These apartments are terribly built, which, not a big surprise, they usually never are. But whoever was hired to construct, paint, etc these apartments genuinely did not care (nails in walls not covered, bad paint job, bad wiring, etc). 6. Good luck getting your service request fulfilled, but they definitely will enter your apartment WITHOUT any notice (which is illegal) if they notice something wrong during inspection.
I would break my lease and move out tomorrow if I could afford it. Basically, the price, location, and age of these apartments are the ONLY positive thing about them. Lee mas
