They make you take your dog to the office for a mandatory DNA test. Let me start by saying, we pick up after our dog always, but if you happen to miss a piece of poop...with our case it must have happened at night...they charge you $250!!!!! And for your 2nd offense its $300!!!!! This is outrageous!!! They are ripping their residents off!!! Who even knows if they really found anything?!?! They just claim they did & stick you with the bill!!!! We are so disappointed & are definitely not... the only ones!!! Everyone is complaining!!! Lee mas

Worst move out experience ever. When I moved in, I was given a move in sheet and was asked to walk through the apartment and note any issues. I was not told that I have to use a blue light to uncover hidden pet stains in the carpet. I don’t own a pet. But during the move out inspection, one of the associates inspected the apartment in my presence. Guess what? She used a blue light to inspect the carpet and uncovered hidden pet stains.

I noticed that the management staff at move out where... totally different staff than when I moved in.
This current staff are very unprofessional and try to nail you with the blue light special. Lee mas

I have been living here in these apartments for 19 months now with my wife, and we are so pleased that we choose this place. It has easy access to almost everywhere in Georgia. The majority of the people are very outgoing and noble! We have three breakfast's server in the morning each month! We have one dinner served in the pool area each month! The staff is what is really so great about living here; They are the most noble people of any apartment complex that I have ever lived in, and I have... lived in over 16 at least! The apartments were not scrimped on, too! There are several good restaurants at walking distance, I grew up in Hawaii until I was 25 and moved to Las Vegas, and these are by far the very best yet! Parking is free, there is a room called the Cherokee room where one can sit and watch a big television or study in a private room set up for conventions, free cookies most every day, a machine that makes coffees, teas, Mochas, fresh minted water and all sorts of offerings. This is a God oriented community and all are treated respectfully! Everything and anything that is needed is within 20 minutes driving time, just about...When you have a issue with something that is needed in the community and I go to the staff, they listen to my concerns and so far, all has been added. Plus, there police driving through often and surveying the areas. I am not in any hurry to fine a home and pay several hundred thousand to own one; this place is my home for another year! They have a running trail that is about a mile and a half and it ends at Dunking Donuts and a canopy of other stores! With everything so close, gas is not that expensive. Outside of living in Hawaii, this is the best place I have lived so far, and, it is even better than San Antonio, Texas! Do I like it here? No! I love it here! There is hiking, fishing, beach's mountain climbing and,, when you drive the freeways, everything is green; they leave foliage blocking the industry of homes and stores all along the roads. And the big museum that I was able to visit is a must visit! Also, we have a park where they have bands and other events that are free...! Three times a week purveyors sell their own grown (mostly organic) products along the side street, really! And during holidays, the City puts on events along the streets and all the people visit. Crime? Not really existing here...People for the most part have ethics! Having said all that, I will not be leaving anytime soon! Aloha!! Lee mas
