Great leasing and maintenance staff!!!

Very well-maintained apartment at a prime location. The leasing staff managers , Marisa and Brittany are truly wonderful and the maintenance staff are very responsive too..They immediately attend to any of our needs such as repair work or services in no matter of time. we lived here close to 3 years now and throughout the experience has been top notch. the location is in attendance zone for some good middle school and high schools too!

Great location and nice community

We stayed in Granite Valley apt 2 br townhome before moving to our house.
The apartment community is ideally located at short walking distance from hyvee dollar general , unity point clinics .
Also close to other points of interest .
2bhk townhomes are ideal size of couple or family of 3.

We had great time staying here.

Amazing Home

Granite Valley has been the best place I've stayed by far! The ladies in the office are extremely kind and very helpful, We have amazing neighbors and its a very peaceful environment! We love to call Granite Valley our home:)

Best Run Apartment Complex I’ve Lived In

The apartment complex, while big, is very quiet. There aren’t any loud noises, it’s nearby many needed place, the staff are quick and respond, very kind and helpful. I’ve had a great experience, and they’ve been very welcoming and understanding. The apartment was very nice moving in. Definitely recommend the place and the community/area.
