The Waters Edge Apartamentos

My wife and I moved into The Waters Edge late last year after being relocated for business...love this location and the VIEWS! I travel most weeks and always look forward to returning home here for R&R...the staff has been helpful and attentive to our needs...with maintenance issues promptly remedied. We did investigate all apartments in Davenport and chose The Waters Edge over them for its location...we think we made the right choice! I rented an apartment at The Waters Edge sight unseen after accepting a new position in the Davenport area. From the moment I applied until after I moved in the apartment every aspect of the move was perfect! The staff was on point, the apartment is an upgraded unit and perfect for me and the pup! I have put in a couple of maintenance requests and the service department has been prompt and courteous and the residents in the community are welcoming. I am happy to call The Waters Edge my home!

This place is stunning...it is like living on a boat!

I adore The Waters Edge! The management is extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities are first rate and the views are fabulous. Everything appears to be brand new and in excellent shape. There's a lot of security and, as a young woman, I find that reassuring. It is quiet and clean with all the features that I wanted including a patio, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The finishes are sleek, great attention to detail! It's a beautiful space, no noise from neighbors... and it's a short walk over to tons of great restaurants! It's a great place to call home! Lee mas
