Frustration
I got a phone call in February to apply after telling there was nothing available. I was told there was one apartment left. their website was down. I filled out an application through email which is what the property manager told me to do. I emailed her several times wanting to know the status only to be told there was all of a sudden people ahead of me finally after several email exchanges, I was told they’re all booked up until next year, the new property manager told me my application was... never processed because I didn’t pay an application fee. I have emails confirming I was never told about one if it would’ve been done online it would’ve told me just to send it through. You have to pay the $17 fee. I was first on the list. now I’m seventh people that applied after me are getting in. I have called the property manager several times and their corporate office explaining the situation with all the proof I can’t get anyone to call me back so frustrated. I can’t even explain and I don’t understand why, especially being a new business that they wouldn’t handle this accordingly. I can’t find any place in Glenwood that’s three bedroom for rent, including houses. So very frustrated and anxious and confused.
