Talavera Apartamentos

I've lived here for several years and our previous owners were very lacking in care of this community. Since PLP/Talavera took over ownership I've seen great improvements with many more to come. I put in a service request and it was responded to immediately and with the concern I felt it was due. Alissa in the office is such a pleasure to chat with and she's working hard to get our little apartment community in tip top shape. She's been wonderful in addressing any concerns or questions I've had... and it's just a pleasure to know we now have management on site if we need them. The maintenance guy Marco is so nice to talk to and is such a hard worker. I liked were I lived before but now I love it!!! So excited for all the improvements to come!!! Lee mas

This building is great for cheap rent and allows a place to stay for the busy young people of Boise. The common grounds are kept normal, though the pool is not kept up very well. The workout facility is out of date along with the laundry facility. Also, online payments are a little worrisome since the third party they use is delayed and allows for them to think you haven't paid when you actually have. Overall average place in Boise.
