Pet deposits are insanely expensive. 350$ per pet.

First of all, their mailboxes don't and the office will not accept packages to hold. so throughout the winter expect to drive to post office on a daily basis, if you shop online. Also, you don't always get the storage. There are many apartments storages that are used by management but you're still changed the same amount of rent as if you had it available for your use. The appliances often have issues. I will say that the staff is polite and respectful.
