Promenade Apartments

The worst appointment ever. Be ready to have roaches and bugs in food , bags, dishwasher and bath.

Roach infested apartments, everywhere; good luck getting rid of them they're in the halls and will always be in your home.

We've been living in the complex for about 2 months now, it's a nice place for us who are empty nesters now. The only downside to this place is that, occupants on our floor continue to close all doors leading from one hall to another. The smell from everyone's cooking is overwhelming, and when you walk outside your door, it's not a pleasant smell. There is also another downfall to living here. The very first time I stepped outside onto our porch, I got wet because, my upstairs neighbor was... watering her plants, I looked up I noticed the porch had cracks between the boards it's a poorly designed porch. If, I were to consider staying here after my lease is up. There would have to be some hard consideration. And, did I mention that all the laundry rooms are in need of a makeover. I never wash my clothes here it's a good thing we insisted on a washer and dryer in our apartment. One more thing we are big on recycling but, we are limited to recycling and outside our building. I notice that goes for every building around here really!!!! I do admit that when we call for maintenance they usually come that same day. Lee mas

Roaches coming out of the walls! If you can deal with the roaches it has stainless steal appliances, washer and dryer in unit, nice size balcony.

I have an apartment with hardwood floor, new appliances and cabinets and i have washer/dryer in my apartment.
Here is very safe and comfortable.
