Fake listing
Google street view shows address as an apartment complex, with a shopping center across the street. This listing has photos of a totally different property with a clear view of the front door with a different address. And from the photo of the living room, you can clearly see outside the window, that it's a residential neighborhood with other houses across the street. Be very cautious when contacting the owner of this listing. Most likely a scam.
