Downhill in Management
Everything about the Logan had been wonderful until new management took over just over a month ago. I would stand clear of moving here until they get their bearings together. So many folks in the community have had the same issues with lack of communication, amenities being neglected with maintenance, no real guidance of what changes are happening, and even the new property sending a petty email regarding the last management who was nothing but wonderful to us. Some people have even had their... rent checks lost which is a HUGE security issue. The excuse seems to always be "we are new, so we don't know" I understand there are growing pains with transition, but these are issues where the entire community suffers. I would save yourself the headache of living here and look elsewhere. It's truly sad to see such a lovely place to live take a negative turn.
