The package room hours are insufficient. I do not know any other buildings with similar price points that do not have such limited package receiving hours not to mention the inability to get their packages on Sunday. The hours change & are only posted on the door of the package room- never sent by email or building notices - which we receive for everything else. Why not? 9-6 or 9-7pm is when most people are out of the building and at work. Not open early enough to go before work (6am would make... sense) and have to rush home from work to get there in time. After work commitment? Might have to wait then until Saturday to get it. Call ahead of time & ask them to bring it to front desk? I have multiple times where I was still unable to get my package. Imagine if everyone asked for that… what a hassle for the employees. It’s not the employees fault. It’s the building management not willing to spend a couple more thousand dollars a month to hire more workers to be open for longer hours. We have a hotel being ran out of our building, the free coffee went away during Covid, you up the cost of my apartment every year when no improvements have been made to it or the building that benefit me. Please allow us to get our packages when they arrive and it not be such a fight. This is not a crazy amenity we are asking for.
