With helpful concierge staff, efficient and effective management, and exquisite amenities and common areas, the Bermardin is a great place to live. In a surprising way, this building in a state of continuous improvement. The maintenance staff responds instantly. The building is continuously refreshed and remarkably clean. It is a pleasure to walk through the corridors and around the common areas. This is a building where all things are done well.

I love living here! Being a smaller building, there’s a great community feel. It’s very nice to get to know the people who work here and neighbors who live here. The apartments and amenities are all very nice, but my absolute favorite part is the pool deck in the summer — it’s a beautiful oasis that makes you feel like you’re on vacation!

With a skilled and cooperative management staff, exquisite amenities, sparkling clean common areas, a charming and helpful door staff, and an efficient and expert maintenance staff, the Bernardin is a terrific building. It is a great place to live. Throughout the building, things are done quickly and at the highest level. I feel most fortunate to be living in The Bernardin.
